On Wednesday, April 30, former South Lyon East High School standout Allyssa Hollo’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Detroit Mercy Titans.

The game took place at Margo Jonker Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Titans this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m. at First Merchants Ballpark Complex against Ball State Cardinals.
