Rep. Haley Stevens, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Michigan’s 11th district, has been vocal on several issues via her social media platform. Her recent tweets cover topics ranging from digital assets to international affairs and historical commemorations.

On June 17, 2025, Rep. Stevens highlighted Michigan’s role in innovation and emphasized the importance of ensuring that workers, innovators, and consumers benefit from stablecoins and other digital assets. She expressed her intention to collaborate with her House colleagues to pass a responsible framework that would harness these technologies’ potential. “Michigan is home to cutting-edge innovation, and we must ensure our workers, innovators, and consumers benefit from the potential of stablecoins and other digital assets.”

The following day, June 18, 2025, she urged President Trump and Secretary Rubio to take swift action regarding Americans stranded in Israel. She noted that Michiganders are among those needing a clear plan for returning home safely. “President Trump and Secretary Rubio need to take immediate action to help bring home Americans stranded in Israel.”

On June 19, 2025, Rep. Stevens commemorated Juneteenth by reflecting on its significance as the end of slavery in America. She called for reflection on history while recognizing the necessity of confronting past challenges to build a better future. In Michigan specifically, she acknowledged the strength and impact of Black communities within the state.“Today we celebrate Juneteenth…It’s a time to reflect on our history…”
