On Friday, Feb. 21, former North Farmington High School standout Blake Gedrich’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the New Mexico State Aggies.

The game took place at Presley Askew Field. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 4 p.m. at Presley Askew Field against New Mexico State Aggies.
