On Thursday, Feb. 6, former Walled Lake Central High School standout Britain Beshears’ current college team, the Michigan State Spartans, lost 10-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona Wildcats.

The game took place at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 12 p.m. at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium against Alabama Crimson Tide.
