Students with disabilities at Waterford School District average 378.4 on the SAT math test (2017-2018)

The South Lyon Community Schools recently honored Tyler Willemse as the district’s support person of the year.

The South Lyon Community Schools district has put a spotlight on a co-taught first-grade classroom at Hardy Elementary that has made tremendous strides both academically and social emotionally.

Overall, teachers were very happy with their first year using the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach to teaching, they told the South Lyon Community Schools board at a recent meeting.
