Beaumont Wellness Walk and Talk Series
Features Events in May, June, and July at Heritage Park
Enjoy a FREE Wellness Walk and Talk with a Beaumont health professional this summer! The monthly programs meet at the Farmington Hills Nature Center and take place entirely outdoors at Heritage Park. If inclement weather occurs, the discussion will be moved indoors.
The Beaumont Wellness Walk and Talks begin with a brief presentation and then participants head out on the trails for a 30-minute walk and casual conversation. Health care professionals lead the discussions and are available for questions during the event. Snacks, water, and giveaway items will be provided. The event is designed for adults and no registration is required. Just show up and check in at the Nature Center.
