The Michigan Learning Channel launched their 2022 Summer Learning Program!
WKAR Public Media, in partnership with the Michigan Learning Channel (MLC), have unveiled their eight-week Summer 2022 program, which runs to August 14 after a June 20 debut.
This year’s theme encourages kids to “Learn, Do, and Explore” with a variety of thematic literacy and math lessons, hands-on science and fitness activities, career exploration, and virtual field trips.
Parents can explore a variety of resources at MLC’s website, from Great Lakes’ shipwrecks to Detroit Zoo animals. Parents also can download the Summer 2022 Activity Book for their children with three options for different age groups (Early Learners, Elementary, Tweens), along with individual weekly packets.
