2022 Milford High School Homecoming Information
What a way to kick off the first month of school by ending it with our annual MHS Homecoming Festivities. Homecoming Festivities will start on Sunday, September 25th and continue through October 1st. We look forward to a great week ahead showing our school spirit and celebrating MHS within our school community.
Our Homecoming theme this year is “Mission to Milford” - Milford’s journey through space! Anything you can do to get your son/daughter involved is greatly appreciated.

Tuesday - CLONE DAY - dress exactly alike as a friend or group
Wednesday - OUT OF THIS WORLD - superhero
Thursday - GALACTIC GALAXY - neon, outer space
Friday - WELCOME HOME - Class Color Day
Powderpuff Football Game
The Powderpuff Football Game is back as a part of our Homecoming Week and will kick off the festivities on Sunday, September 25th at 7:00 p.m. Come on out and support as the Senior/Sophomore girls will take on the Junior/Freshmen girls!
Parade
One of the most beloved traditions of Milford High School is the Homecoming Parade. Thank you to the downtown businesses and Village of Milford for the opportunity to showcase our spirit and pride of MHS in downtown Milford. The Homecoming Parade will take place on Main Street in Milford at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, September 30th . Central Park will be used as the staging area. If you have a son or daughter you are dropping off to be in the parade please drop off on the surrounding streets or behind Central Park. Please do not drop off at Central Park as we will be staging the Parade there. Come on out and support all of the students involved.
*NEW* Milford Homecoming Tailgate
Milford High School will be hosting a Community Tailgate in the back parking lot of Milford High School directly after the Parade (approx. 4:45). ANYONE from the Milford Community is welcome. We will have lawn games, bounce houses, Bueno Taco Food Truck, and Koana Ice Truck. If you would like to set-up a tent for your team, organization, or family please e-mail MHSLeadership@hvs.org and we will set aside a space for your tent in the Tailgate Parking lot located directly next to the stadium and baseball field.
Homecoming Game
The Homecoming Game will be Friday, September 30th at 7:00 p.m. vs. Waterford Mott High School. At halftime we will be honoring our Grand Marshal, the Homecoming Court, and crowning this year’s King and Queen. The Huron Valley Marching Band and Pom Team will be performing before the game so come on out early to watch their performance.
Homecoming Dance
The Homecoming Dance will take place in the Milford High School Fieldhouse from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Saturday, October 1st. Tickets are 1 for $25 or 2 tickets for $40 dollars. Ticket sales will start next week and can be purchased during all lunches. Tickets will be sold in lunches through Thursday, September 29th. Tickets will also be sold at the door but prices will go up to $30 per ticket.
