This week the Waterford Kettering Student Council held its annual Senior Citizen Holiday Dinner as part of their community outreach.
Student Council and Leadership students decorated the cafeteria in a snowflake theme. Our Food & Nutrition Department prepared the food and the students served it to our guests. Music was provided by the Kettering Chamber Choir who sang some beautiful holiday carols.
The dinner is a completely free event and we had over 70 seniors in attendance this year! What a great evening of friendship, delicious food and music. We can’t wait to see this event grow in the future. Great job Captains!
