The City would like to hear from you regarding your issues with DTE. You can email the City as follows:
Specific feedback the City would like to receive:
Name, address, HOA/neighborhood, email, phone number in order to know the area of DTE’s system that is affected and for us to be able to reach you with questions about your feedback.
How many power outages have you experienced over the last 12 months?
Summarize any damages that resulted, i.e. appliances, surge suppressors, computers, etc.; please include cost estimates.
Any other symptoms of DTE service problems such as flickering of lights, etc.?
Summarize any communications to/from DTE; claims of damages, etc.
