On Friday, Feb. 21, former South Lyon East High School standout Allyssa Hollo’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 12-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois Fighting Illini.

The game took place at Dail Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Illini this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Dail Softball Stadium against Illinois Fighting Illini.
