Rep. Haley Stevens, who represents Michigan’s 11th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on local projects and national politics through her social media posts.

On September 8, 2025, Stevens highlighted the completion of a community project in Troy, Michigan: "Had a great time on Friday at the ribbon cutting at Sylvan Glen Lake Park! Thanks to the $1.5 million in Community Project Funding I secured, Phase 2 is officially complete — with brand-new play structures, expanded amenities, and more reasons to get outside. Proud to support https://t.co/xEargEJJIz". The post marks the conclusion of Phase 2 improvements at Sylvan Glen Lake Park made possible by federal funding.

Later that evening, Stevens addressed former President Donald Trump’s record regarding survivors seeking justice: "Another example of Trump’s lies. Let’s end this cover-up and give the survivors the justice they deserve. https://t.co/7nWrHlfImg".

On September 9, she commented on recent economic data: "This jobs report is another reminder of the damage and rising costs caused by Donald Trump’s reckless policies. We need the deal for Michigan. https://t.co/UfKdfBupJM".

Stevens has served as a member of Congress since 2019 after succeeding Dave Trott as representative for Michigan's 11th district. Born in Rochester Hills in 1983 and currently residing in Birmingham, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University.
