We want to congratulate LT Todd Russell, today after 29 3/4 years as a firefighter with Highland Township Fire Dept Todd is retiring. Todd along with his dad started the first ever Fire explore program at HTFD back when Todd was in High school.
Todd moved through the ranks over the years all the way to the rank of Lieutenant. Ask anyone around Todd is one of if not the best in the area engineering a truck on a fire scene. Whenever something happened he would be the first called to try to get it figured out and get water on the fire. He’s has been an integral part of designing and getting most of the fleet of trucks you see now at our stations.
Words cannot express our gratitude to you for all the years service you have given to the Highland Township Fire Department and the community of Highland.
