The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit-in partnership with the Michigan Department of Education - will expand healthy meal distributions across Southeast Michigan. At the Y, we know that youth are at their best when their bodies are fueled with nutritious foods.
Simply drive up to the Farmington YMCA and groceries will be placed in your car. Families may also pick-up on behalf of others.
Meals will be served in grocery style, multiple day bundles with fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and milk. Items are prepped in our own YMCA Kitchen.
This is a great way to provide fresh foods to your family to support jobs i your local community and stretch your food budget!
This is a complimentary program. Families can receive groceries for each child under 18 or in the home.
