Absent voter ballots have been sent. Absent voter ballots are on their way! If you’ve already submitted an application for an absent voter ballot, you should receive it within the next few days.  If you don’t have it by July 8th, please contact the City Clerk's Office (elections@cityofnovi.org).  When you’re ready to return your voted ballot, you can drop it in any of our four secure drop boxes on the Civic Center campus or return it by mail with one first-class postage stamp or Forever stamp.  Don’t forget to sign your envelope!

You may notice a change in the return envelope-  the Bureau of Elections, in conjunction with the United States Postal Service, decided to switch from green to purple envelopes in order to stand out more during the mail sorting process.  To avoid waste, we used our remaining stock of green envelopes before using the new purple ones.  Rest assured there is no difference between the two, and both envelopes are equally acceptable.
