On Saturday, March 1, former Walled Lake Central High School standout Steven Getts’ current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cedarville Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Athletes in Action Complex. This was their fourth matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 5 p.m. at Tarboro Municipal Stadium against Walsh Cavaliers.
