Rep. Haley Stevens, who represents Michigan’s 11th district in the U.S. Congress, highlighted recent legislative efforts and economic concerns for her constituents in a series of posts on November 14, 2025.

In one post, Stevens emphasized the economic benefits of recycling, stating: "Recycling fuels jobs, manufacturing, and stronger supply chains — and today we’re spotlighting that work in Michigan and across the country. I’m proud to introduce a bipartisan resolution celebrating America Recycles Day on Saturday." (November 14, 2025).

Later that day, she addressed trade policy and its impact on local families: "It’s about time Trump realized that his reckless tariffs have done nothing but raise costs on Michigan’s hard-working families. That’s exactly why I introduced my No Tariffs on Groceries Act." (November 14, 2025).

Stevens reiterated her commitment to reducing costs for Michigan residents with another statement: "Michigan, you’ve been saying it, and I’ve been hearing it. That’s why I’ve been fighting to lower your costs for months with my No Tariffs on Groceries Act." (November 14, 2025).

Stevens has served as the congressional representative for Michigan's 11th District since replacing Dave Trott in 2019. Born in Rochester Hills in 1983 and currently residing in Birmingham, she holds a BA from American University.
