Get a good cardio workout and smile while doing it with Virtual Zumba.
Classes combine fast and slow cardio movements set to Latin beats and high-energy music. No dance experience is necessary.
Virtual classes take place on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm starting Nov. 2 (7 weeks), or Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm starting Nov. 4 (5 weeks).
