Rep. Haley Stevens, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Michigan’s 11th district, recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing issues related to supply chains, national policy, and her commitment to Michigan.

On August 26, 2025, Stevens criticized current efforts to address the United States’ reliance on China in critical supply chains. She stated, "This doesn’t do anything to end our dependence on China. That’s why I wrote the Unearth America’s Future Act to fix the supply chain, lower costs, and make real policy, not empty headlines."

Later that day, she reiterated her stance with a brief message: "Not on my watch." (August 26, 2025).

The following day, Stevens highlighted her ongoing advocacy for Michigan. On August 27, 2025 she wrote: "What can I say — I’m Michigan’s biggest cheerleader. Every step of my career has been about standing up for our state, and I’m honored to carry that same grit and resilience into the fight for Michiganders every day in Congress."

Stevens has represented Michigan's 11th District since replacing Dave Trott in 2019. Born in Rochester Hills in 1983 and currently residing in Birmingham at age 39, she holds a BA from American University.
