Rep. Haley Stevens has been vocal on social issues through her recent posts on X, covering a range of topics from political violence to pioneering spaceflights and legislative initiatives. Stevens, representing Michigan's 11th district since 2019, shares her thoughts and proposals on matters affecting her constituents and beyond.

On April 14, 2025, Rep. Stevens expressed her concern over an arson incident. "It’s hurtful to see the images of arson at Governor Shapiro’s house —during Passover no less. I am relieved and thankful that law enforcement and others kept him and his family safe." Stevens condemned the act as "violence has no place in our political system" and stressed the need for accountability.

Later the same day, Rep. Stevens celebrated a historic space mission, highlighting two Michigan natives. "Two trailblazing Michiganders just made history aboard Blue Origin’s all-female spaceflight." She congratulated Aisha Bowe, a leading figure in STEM, and Kerianne Flynn, a producer, for their contributions and leadership.

On April 15, 2025, Stevens addressed severe weather impacts on her constituents by promoting legislative action. "Michiganders should not be left to weather the fall out of severe storms alone." She introduced her Prolonged Power Outage Relief Act aimed at providing necessary resources during power failures.

Haley Stevens, 39, a Rochester Hills native residing in Birmingham, Michigan, graduated from American University. Haley Stevens has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Michigan's 11th District, since 2019.
