Representative Haley Stevens, currently serving Michigan’s 11th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared insights and experiences through a series of tweets. In her communications, Stevens addressed partnerships in education and legislative efforts to support families in Michigan.

On May 1, 2025, Stevens expressed her enthusiasm about meeting with Kevin M. Guskiewicz, President of Michigan State University, in Washington, D.C. by stating "Glad to have the chance to connect with @KevinMGuskiewicz, President of @MichiganStateU, in DC this week." She noted that the discussions were inspiring and emphasized the importance of MSU's role in fostering innovation for Michigan’s future.

On the same day, Stevens expressed her support for a bipartisan initiative aimed at making family planning more affordable for Michigan residents. This reflects her ongoing commitment to legislative solutions benefitting her constituents.

Stevens, who replaced Dave Trott in 2019, has been an active representative known for her engagement with initiatives supporting Michigan’s economic and social landscape.
