On May 14, 2025, Rep. Stevens shared her support for a resolution against antisemitism, emphasizing the importance of the American Jewish community in both state and national contexts. She stated, "Proud to support this resolution tonight to send a clear message: Antisemitism has no place in America and the American Jewish community is a vital part of our state and our country, who we will ALWAYS stand with."

The following day, on May 15, 2025, she addressed the ongoing plight of hostages held by Hamas. Stevens highlighted their dire living conditions and lack of basic necessities such as medical care and food. She expressed empathy for their families' anguish over their uncertain fates.
