The following day, on May 21, 2025, she paid tribute to Congressman Connolly by acknowledging his leadership and legislative skills. She remarked "Congresssman Connolly was an incredible leader and brilliant lawmaker. I’ll miss his tenacity here in Congress, and I’m wishing for peace and strength for his family."

If you’re a working Michigander already struggling with rising prices, Trump and Musk want you to feel even more pain."
Stevens was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan in 1983 and currently resides in Birmingham. She holds a BA from American University.
