Rep. Haley Stevens, serving Michigan’s 11th District in the U.S. Congress since 2019, has recently expressed her views on several pressing issues via social media. Her posts cover topics ranging from fiscal policy to community concerns regarding antisemitism.

On May 22, 2025, Rep. Stevens criticized a proposed plan she describes as detrimental to Michigan residents. She stated, "Let’s be clear – this plan is a disaster for Michigan." According to Stevens, the plan primarily benefits wealthy Americans and threatens vital programs like Medicaid that many Michiganders depend on.

Later that day, following discussions with leaders from the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish communities across Michigan, Stevens shared her response to a recent antisemitic incident. She remarked that the attack was "even more heartbreaking and more infuriating" after her meetings with these groups. Emphasizing collective responsibility, she declared her commitment to combating antisemitism and urged others to do the same: "I will continue to work to push back against antisemitism."

In another post on May 22, Rep. Stevens detailed her opposition to what she termed "Trump’s handout to the wealthy." She voted against this measure, citing its benefits primarily for billionaires like Elon Musk while negatively impacting working families in Michigan through higher prices and reduced health coverage: "Early this morning, I voted against Trump’s handout to the wealthy."
