| The Modern Language Association invites applications for $3,000 grants to develop courses or programs in English and world languages to encourage student interest in the humanities. The grants are designed to promote interdisciplinary or collaborative initiatives, connect students with their communities, and build upon innovative pedagogies. Proposals may be submitted by individuals or teams, and full-time and part-time faculty are eligible to apply. Applicants must be MLA members or members of departments affiliated with ADFL or ADE.
Recipients of Humanities Innovation Grants will be invited to present at the Language and Literature Program Innovation Room at the MLA convention and will be recognized at the convention awards ceremony.
