City of Novi issued the following announcement on July 10.
These are just a few of your Novi DPW superheroes who helped collect the WM trash/recycling carts this week! We are happy to report they are making a final sweep of north Novi today and will be out collecting any remainders south of 10 Mile Road tomorrow. We recognize there still may be a few stragglers out there and will be happy to collect those next week if you simply share your address through the online portal.
Again, we thank you for your patience as the transition to GFL continues. We hear your comments and ask that any missed pick ups/complaints be shared through the online portal. The City is logging all issues and working with GFL to ensure they are properly addressed.
