City of Farmington recently issued the following announcement.
This morning we celebrated and honored local hero Dr. Donald Wingard for his service to our country in World War II.
You might recognize his name because he had a dentist office in downtown Farmington for years and is still active in many community groups.
Army Air Corps Sergeant Wingard served as a Medical NCO in World War II.
