Absent Voter Applications have started hitting mailboxes for the Nov. 2 General Election. We want to remind residents that this is not a ballot, just an application to have a ballot mailed to them.
You can return applications and ballots via mail or by dropping it into one of the four drop boxes on the Novi Civic Center campus.
