City of Farmington issued the following announcement on Oct 7.
The Downtown Farmington Trick-or-Treat will be on Saturday, Oct. 23 from 1-3 p.m. this year. Thank you Mutual Realty, Supreme Lending and The Downtown Development Authority for organizing this year's event. And thank you Focal Point for ALL of the many many years you've put this together!!
