After a heralded 33-year career with the Novi Police Department, Director of Public Safety/Chief of Police David Molloy has announced his retirement. Chief's integrity and passion made him one-of-a-kind and shaped a department that is among the nation's best. Please join us on Feb. 18 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. for a Retirement Open House to celebrate Chief Molloy.
