City of Novi issued the following announcement on Feb 28.
Help us celebrate Arbor Day by signing up now for your free tree and shrub seedlings!
Seedlings can be reserved until 5pm Friday, March 11, and will be distributed in front of Novi’s Civic Center from 3-7pm on Friday, April 22, which is Earth Day.
