Before cruising into the weekend, BRAD wants everyone to buckle up for some construction projects happening next week in Novi:
The Road Commission for Oakland County has informed us the eastbound lane of 10 Mile Road between Woodham and Lynwood Drive will be closed temporarily from 8 am to 4 pm on Monday, 7/25, and Tuesday, 7/26. One lane will be left open in each direction.
The Great Lakes Water Authority will begin the work to install a one-mile portion of a new water main along Meadowbrook Road from 11 Mile to 12 Mile Road. Meadowbrook Road will be closed at 12 Mile to 11 Mile Road to southbound traffic from late July through early October. Northbound traffic will not be impacted. The detour route for southbound traffic will be west on 12 Mile Road, south on Novi Road, east on Grand River Avenue, and north on Meadowbrook Road.
