Rep. Haley Stevens, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Michigan’s 11th district, has recently expressed her sentiments and engagements on various significant issues through a series of tweets.

On January 30, 2025, Rep. Stevens conveyed her condolences following a tragic aviation accident in Washington, D.C. "My heart is with the families of the passengers and crew on the two aircraft involved in last night’s horrific collision in Washington, D.C." She extended her gratitude to first responders and airport teams while awaiting further investigation into the incident.

Later that day, she shared relief over the release of several individuals held captive in Gaza for an extended period. "Beyond relieved to see Arbel, Agam, Gadi, Thenna, Sathian, Sriaoun, Seathao, and Rumnao released after 481 of captivity in Gaza at the hands of terrorists." Rep. Stevens expressed hope for their healing as they reintegrate into society.

On January 31, 2025, Rep. Stevens participated in a discussion on Truth to Power TV about her congressional role and addressing injustice through diversity initiatives. "Today I had the unbelievable honor of joining the Truth to Power TV show to have a long-form discussion about how I view my role in Congress and what people can do to address injustice." She emphasized the importance of advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.
