Rep. Haley Stevens, who represents Michigan’s 11th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of posts on social media highlighting her participation in the 30th annual Woodward Dream Cruise and her legislative efforts to support American manufacturing.

On August 16, Stevens posted about attending the ribbon cutting for the event, stating, "So great to be at the ribbon cutting yesterday kicking off the 30th annual Woodward Dream Cruise In Motor City, we’re history makers but we’re also drivers of the future!"

Two days later, on August 18, she continued to share updates from the event with another post: "Nothing like the Dream Cruise energy! More highlights from Friday’s ribbon cutting "

That same day, Stevens addressed economic policy and domestic manufacturing. She wrote: "We need a REAL plan to bring manufacturing back home. My bill, the Unearth America’s Future Act, does just that. Check out my episode of the Daily Drive with @Automotive_News"

Stevens has represented Michigan's 11th District since 2019 after succeeding Dave Trott. She was born in Rochester Hills in 1983 and currently resides in Birmingham. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University.

The Woodward Dream Cruise is an annual automotive event held in Metro Detroit that celebrates classic car culture and draws significant local participation each year.
