City of Novi - Government & Community Services issued the following announcement Oct. 19.
The last day to register online or my mail to vote in the Nov. 3 general election. Beginning Tuesday, you must register to vote in-person at the Clerk's Office through Election Day with a document verifying your residency. You can also apply for and return an absent voter ballot at the same time. The Clerk's Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Thursdays from 8am to 7pm. Additionally, the Clerk’s Office will be open 8am to 4pm on Saturdays until Election Day.
