City of Novi issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
EARLY VOTING IN MICHIGAN is actually early, in-person absentee voting. You can visit the Clerk’s Office to receive an absentee ballot on the spot, vote while there and submit it back to the Clerk’s Office using one of the City's four secure drop boxes. Valid absentee ballots will be tabulated on Election Day by Election Inspectors. If you wish to cast your ballot directly into the tabulator, please visit your assigned precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd. Polls will be open 7am to 8pm.
Extended Hours for Election Related Business
The Novi City Clerk's Office is open for election related business during normal business hours, Monday – Friday from 8am until 5pm. They are also open for in-person voter registration and absentee ballot requests on Thursday until 7pm and Saturday from 8am until 4pm.
